Buyers increasingly expect a virtual tour alongside photos. Combining exterior aerials with an interior 3D tour in one visit saves scheduling and often reduces the total cost.
Platforms
Common tour platforms include Matterport, iGUIDE, Zillow 3D Home, Kuula and CloudPano. Ask which platform the provider uses, who hosts the tour and for how long, and whether hosting fees are included.
Linking aerial and interior views
Some providers add aerial panorama points to the tour so viewers can move from the interior to an overhead view of the lot and neighbourhood.
