What Is a Verified Listing?
Understanding our verification badges and what they mean for buyers.
DronePropertyHub.com uses a tiered verification system to help buyers assess the credibility and capability of property drone providers. Here is what each status means:
Unverified (Default)
All new listings start as unverified. These listings are seeded from public business information and have not been claimed or reviewed by our team. The information may not be current.
Claimed
A business representative has claimed this listing and confirmed the basic information is accurate. The business has been acknowledged but has not yet provided evidence for full verification.
Verified Provider
The provider has submitted evidence of their property imaging capabilities and our team has reviewed it. This may include: FAA Part 107 credential, liability insurance certificate, professional indemnity or E&O cover, real estate portfolio samples, an annotated roof report sample, a thermal sample and their owner-consent and privacy workflow.
