1. Information we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), role, property address or ZIP code, property type and size, services needed, budget, preferred dates, insurance-claim details you choose to provide (such as adjuster company or carrier name), owner-consent confirmation and any notes.
• Listing claims and new listings: business name, contact name, email, phone, website, location, services and supporting information you submit for verification.
• Contact enquiries: the information you include when you email us.
• Technical information: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) used to operate and secure the site.
• Public business information: listings may be compiled from publicly available business information such as company websites.

2. How we use information

• To process your quote request and help match you with suitable providers.
• To review listing claims, verify businesses and keep the directory accurate.
• To send confirmation and service emails about your request or listing.
• To respond to enquiries, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain and improve the site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We share quote request details with drone providers only to the extent needed to respond to your request. Those providers are independent businesses and handle your information under their own privacy practices.

We use service providers for hosting, databases and email delivery, who process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. Quote request (RFQ) data retention

• Quote requests and related contact details are kept for up to 24 months from submission so we can follow up, handle disputes and measure directory performance, then deleted or anonymised.
• Insurance-claim details and property addresses within quote requests are kept no longer than the request itself.
• Listing claim and verification records are kept while the listing is active and for up to 24 months after it is removed.
• You can ask us to delete your quote request data sooner at any time (see "Your rights" below), unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as a preference cookie that remembers which directory section you are viewing and session storage used to keep administrators signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, other US state privacy laws, and the GDPR or UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Business owners can also update or remove a listing by claiming it or contacting us.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The directory is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. International users

The directory lists US providers and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed, and significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
