DronePropertyHub.com is an online directory that helps people find independent drone operators for real estate photography, roof inspection and insurance claims imaging. Please read this disclaimer before relying on any listing or engaging any provider.
1. We are a directory, not a service provider
DronePropertyHub.com does not fly drones, inspect roofs, take photographs or prepare reports. Every provider listed is an independent business. Any agreement for services is made directly between you and the provider, and DronePropertyHub.com is not a party to it.
2. Not a licensed adjuster, MLS, broker or contractor
- DronePropertyHub.com is not a licensed public adjuster, insurance adjuster, insurer or insurance agent, and does not assess, negotiate or settle insurance claims.
- DronePropertyHub.com is not a Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is not a real estate broker or agent, and is not affiliated with any MLS, the National Association of REALTORS® or any insurance carrier.
- DronePropertyHub.com is not a roofing contractor, engineer, home inspector or land surveyor, and nothing on this site is a professional inspection, engineering opinion or survey.
3. No guarantee of claim outcomes
Drone imagery can help document property condition, but no provider listed here, and no content on this site, can guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved, paid or paid at any particular amount. Claim decisions are made solely by your insurer under the terms of your policy.
4. Listings and verification
Many listings are compiled from publicly available business information and are shown as unclaimed and unverified until the business claims them. Details such as services, equipment and coverage areas may be incomplete or out of date.
A verification badge means we reviewed documents or samples the provider supplied (for example an FAA Part 107 certificate, insurance certificate or portfolio) at the time of review. It is not an endorsement, a warranty of quality, or confirmation of licences we did not review, and it does not certify engineering, surveying or insurance-adjusting authority.
5. Your responsibilities when hiring
- Check the provider's FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, liability insurance and any state or local licences that apply to the work (for example roofing or home inspection licences).
- Obtain the property owner's permission for the flight and for any imaging of the property.
- Agree the scope, deliverables, price, image usage rights and timeline in writing before work begins.
- Follow your MLS and brokerage rules on aerial imagery, and confirm any measurements or findings with a qualified professional before relying on them.
6. Guides and general information
Guides, cost ranges and regulatory summaries on this site are general information only, may not reflect the latest rules or prices in your area, and are not legal, insurance, financial or professional advice. Always check current official sources such as the FAA.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DronePropertyHub.com is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from your use of the directory, from any provider's services, or from reliance on any listing, badge, guide or other content. Our full terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
