Terms of Service

1. The service

DronePropertyHub.com is an online directory that helps property owners, real estate professionals, roofers and insurance professionals find independent drone operators. We do not provide drone, photography, inspection, roofing, adjusting or real estate services ourselves.

Providers listed on the Site are independent businesses. Any agreement for services is made directly between you and the provider. DronePropertyHub.com is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the provider's work, pricing, conduct or deliverables.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to submit a quote request, claim a listing or add a business. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Quote requests

• Information you submit in a quote request must be accurate and must relate to a genuine project.
• You must be the property owner or have the property owner's permission for the drone flight and imaging you are requesting. Confirming this consent is a required part of every quote request.
• By submitting a quote request you agree that we may share its details with providers who may be able to help, and that those providers may contact you about your project.
• Submitting a request does not oblige you to hire any provider, and no provider is obliged to respond or quote.

4. Provider listings

• Many listings are compiled from publicly available business information and are shown as unclaimed until the business claims them.
• If you claim or add a listing, you confirm you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate, current and not misleading.
• Providers are responsible for holding and maintaining every certificate, licence, permit and insurance policy required for their work, including an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate for commercial drone operations and any applicable state or local licences.
• Listings must not promise or imply guaranteed insurance claim approval, guaranteed claim payouts or guaranteed sale outcomes.
• We may edit, decline, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate or a complaint is received.

5. Verification badges

A verification badge means we reviewed documents or samples the provider supplied at the time of review. It is not an endorsement, guarantee or warranty of the provider's quality, qualifications or work, and badges may be withdrawn if documents lapse or cannot be confirmed.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including fake quote requests or listings;
• impersonate another person or business, or claim a listing you are not authorised to represent;
• scrape, copy or harvest listings or contact details in bulk, or use them to send unsolicited marketing;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text, guides and directory compilation are owned by or licensed to DronePropertyHub.com. You may use them for your own personal or business research, but not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

If you submit content (such as a business description, logo or portfolio images), you confirm you have the right to do so and grant DronePropertyHub.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and format that content on the Site for as long as it is listed.

Ownership and usage rights for photos, video, reports and other deliverables produced by a provider are a matter between you and the provider. Agree these in writing before work begins.

8. Third-party websites

The Site links to provider websites and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. No warranties

The Site and all listings, guides and other content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about the accuracy, completeness or availability of listings or the suitability of any provider.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DronePropertyHub.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from services performed (or not performed) by a provider, from reliance on listing information, or from the outcome of any insurance claim, property sale or roofing project. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DronePropertyHub.com against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from information or content you submit, or, if you are a provider, from the services you provide.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or remove any listing or submission, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or misused the Site.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which DronePropertyHub.com is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any consumer protection laws in your place of residence that cannot be excluded. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
